AELFTHRYTH

Aelfthryth is a 50' Cruiser Stern Narrowbeam built in 1998 by P.K. Balair Boat Builders, a modern fit-out with a popular reverse layout. Propulsion is by a Brand New 42HP Vetus Diesel Engine. The engine has 40 hours on the clock and will be serviced prior to any new ownership in line with industry standards of having any new engine serviced prior to its first 50 hours.

Starting at the stern, you enter onto the galley fitted with a 12v Shoreline fridge/freezer, gas oven and hob, ample storage, and a sink. There is a lot of countertop workspace for additional appliances and decor. Leading on to the saloon open plan saloon fitted with a solid fuel stove, heating is also benefitted by a Webasto central heating system. Next is the walkthrough shower room, complete with a sizeable stand-up tiled shower, vanity basin, and Thetford cassette toilet. Finally, we arrive at the master bedroom with a sizeable double bed at the bow of the boat with storage below the bed in the cupboards provided. There is a ceiling-height wardrobe at the foot of the bed. There is access to the bow providing a nice social area and additional space for all your boaty bits.

The boat was surveyed last year in April 2023 and was also blacked in Bitumin prior to entering the water again. All the suggested work on the survey has been completed. the survey can be viewed in person.

There is the possability of continuing the boat in its current mooring on acceptance of the marina management. This has been considered within the price and if successful for the right price it can be included.
