CHESHIRE WIDEBEAM

This Cheshire Widebeam is a 60' x 12'6 two-bedroom wide beam built in 2022 by Collingwood Boat Builders. A 52HP Canaline diesel engine provides propulsion. It features a popular reverse layout with you entering the galley. The stern is a cruiser with a pram cover fitted.

Entering onto the stern, there is a seating area with an 8-foot stern, on entry to the L-shaped galley fitted with a fridge and freezer, a 4-burner hob, an oven, and a grill.

Following the saloon, a solid-fuel stove is fitted in the centre of a beautifully crafted artificial brick bulkhead wall, unlike any other. The headroom is approximately 7’6ft from floor to ceiling.

Following this, a 2nd bedroom/walk-in wardrobe space for small children, or perfect for storage or easily converted into an office. Complete with two wardrobes and space for you to incorporate your own ideas.

Onward to the off-corridor shower room with a large double shower, Thetford Cassette toilet, and vanity basin. Decorated tastefully and very spacious.

Finally, at the bow of the boat is the master bedroom, a double-size bed is the centre of the room, with ample storage provided by wardrobes and drawers.

The boat is only 2 years old, and partially the fitout was not done professionally, but by a skilled craftsman. There is an opportunity for a large liveaboard at a competitive price onboard this boat. The boat does not come with a post-construction certificate, but it would be advisable that this is done during the sale process before completion.
