FLORIAN

Florian is a 45ft cruiser stern narrowboat built in 2000 by the Liverpool Boat Company, offering a well-balanced and comfortable vessel ideally suited to leisure cruising or residential use. Presented in a homely and cosy condition throughout, she provides practical accommodation combined with a reliable specification and proven mechanical setup. Propulsion is provided by a Beta Marine diesel engine with shaft drive, benefitting from regular annual servicing.

Entering from the cruiser stern, the boat follows a traditional layout designed to maximise the available living space. Accommodation is provided by a fixed double berth, creating a comfortable and practical sleeping area suitable for a couple.

Moving forward, the bathroom is fitted with a Thetford cassette toilet, shower, and basin/vanity, providing all the essential facilities for extended stays aboard.

The galley is equipped with a four-burner hob, oven and grill, and a fridge, offering a practical and functional space for onboard cooking and day-to-day living.

At the bow, the saloon provides a warm and welcoming living area, furnished with a freestanding armchair and small sofa, creating a comfortable space to relax and unwind. The interior throughout has a homely feel and is presented as ready to move into and enjoy.

Florian benefits from both 12v and 230v electrical systems, shore power connection, and a battery bank comprising three domestic batteries and one starter battery. A Victron 500W inverter is fitted onboard, although it is currently not connected.

Heating is provided by a solid fuel stove in the saloon, ensuring warmth and comfort throughout the cruising season. Hot water is supplied via a calorifier.

The boat benefits from a survey carried out in 2024, hull blacking completed in 2024, and has a current Boat Safety Certificate onboard, with expiry details available upon request.
