HIDEAWAY

Hideaway is a 48' cruiser stern narrow beam built in 1983 by Hancock & Lane Boat Builders. Propulsion is provided by an BMC 2.2 litre diesel engine. Featuring a traditional layout.

On entry to the bedroom fitted with a large double bed with storage below, there is a large wardrobe fitted at the foot of the bed housing the electrics and providing additional storage to the boat. Into the walkthrough galley, fitted with a gas oven, grill, and 4-burner hob, a 12v/24v Fridge freezer, and a sink. A Pullmans dinette follows. This can be converted into another double bed via a drop-down table. Next is the separate wet room, fitted with a large stand-up shower, Thetford Cassette WC, and a vanity basin. Finally, in the saloon, the sofa bed is included making this a 6 berth. A diesel fuel stove provides the heating and there is a TV fitted to the wall under the gunwale. The TV has a Freesat recorder with satellite dish, built in Freeview and a separate DVD player, they are all new and included in the sale.

The boat benefits from survey history back in 2022. Recent blacking in 2022 with new anodes fitted then as well. The boat was repainted in 2022 and has been prepared for brokerage beautifully by the current owner.
