This brand new 57ft narrowboat was built by LM Boat Sales Ltd and fitted out by Hurst Boatfitters, with construction commencing in 2024 and completed for launch in 2026. Designed with a highly desirable reverse layoutand finished in a clean, modern style throughout, she offers an excellent opportunity to acquire a newly completed vessel ready for immediate cruising or residential use. Propulsion is provided by a brand new Canaline 38hp diesel engine with shaft drive.

Entering from the cruiser stern, the boat opens directly into a well-appointed galley, fitted with a linear three-burner hob, oven and grill, 12v fridge, and microwave. The galley has been designed to provide a practical and sociable space for onboard living while making excellent use of the available storage throughout.

Moving forward, the boat opens into a bright and welcoming saloon, centred around a solid fuel stove and complemented by a sofa bed, providing a comfortable living area as well as additional accommodation for guests when required. The boat comes sold as seen.

The bathroom is fitted with a Thetford cassette toilet, quadrant shower, and basin, offering all the conveniences expected of a modern liveaboard or cruising vessel.

At the bow, accommodation is provided by two single berths, which can be converted into a generous crossover double bed using the supplied inserts, creating flexible sleeping arrangements for owners and guests alike.

Finished throughout with attractive ash lining, the interior presents a warm and contemporary feel. The overall fit out is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with ample storage incorporated throughout the boat.

The electrical specification includes shore power connection, 12v and 230v systems, a combi inverter charger system, and a battery bank comprising three domestic batteries and one starter battery.

Heating is supplied by a Autotherm diesel heating system, supplemented by a solid fuel stove in the saloon, while hot water is provided via a calorifier, ensuring comfort throughout the seasons.

As a newly completed vessel, the boat benefits from a current Boat Safety Certificate, with the hull soon to be re-blacked ahead of any sale, providing additional peace of mind for the new owner.
