LADY OF THE MANOR

Lady of the Manor is a beautifully proportioned 60ft x 12ft Widebeam, built by John White in 2012. Featuring a modified cruiser stern and a desirable reverse layout, she offers spacious accommodation with berths for four, making her an excellent choice for residential living, extended cruising, or those looking for a comfortable floating home. Propulsion is provided by a reliable Beta Marine 70HP diesel engine with shaft drive.

Entering from the stern, you are welcomed into a bright and spacious open-plan galley, providing an excellent social space for everyday living. The galley is fitted with a four-burner Indesit cooker incorporating an oven, grill and hob, together with a 240v Beck fridge, offering all the essentials for life afloat. The generous open-plan design creates a real sense of space and provides the perfect blank canvas for a new owner to personalise.

Moving forward, the saloon offers a large and versatile living area with ample room to create comfortable seating and dining arrangements. Continuing through the boat is a well-appointed bathroom featuring a large shower, vanity basin, and pump-out toilet. Accommodation is provided by a spacious fixed double bedroom, while the overall layout allows sleeping arrangements for up to four berths.

Lady of the Manor benefits from an impressive electrical specification, making her well suited to both marina and off-grid living. She is equipped with shore power, 12v and 230v electrical systems, a Sterling Pro Combi 2.5kW inverter/battery charger, four domestic batteries, and six solar panels managed by two MPPT solar controllers. A travel power system is also installed and currently disconnected, offering scope for recommissioning if required. Manoeuvring is assisted by the addition of a bow thruster.

Heating is provided by a 5kW Webasto diesel heating system, while hot water is supplied via both a calorifier and immersion heater, ensuring comfortable year-round cruising and residential use.

The boat benefits from a Boat Safety Certificate valid until 2029, and the exterior paintwork is presented in excellent condition, reflecting the care she has received throughout her ownership.
